Marc Victor
Marc is one of a handful of Rafn employees that have started their career here, then gone out into the world to gain valuable experience with others, before returning to become part of the Rafn legacy. Marc took advantage of Rafn’s education program during his first five years of employment with Rafn and graduated from Seattle University with an MBA in 2001. He then went on to gain invaluable experience as Controller for two local entrepreneurial businesses before returning to Rafn in 2007.
Since his return, Marc has been instrumental in leading Rafn’s accounting and finance functions, as well as overseeing the HR, Admin and IT departments. He is responsible for ensuring that Rafn maintains its high standards of financial integrity, transparency, and compliance. Marc is actively involved in the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and earned his Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) certification in 2019. Marc is passionate about creating a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters professional growth and development for all employees.
