The start of this project coincided with an extremely tight labor market in Seattle and Rafn was faced with the difficult task of getting and keeping a skilled labor force working on the project. Not only did the Rafn team work tirelessly to alleviate the labor shortage, they employed extraordinary and creative measures to deliver our building in the shortest possible timeframe.
Rafn met all the challenges and finished, on schedule and on budget, the construction of a unique project that will be a gem for Northgate for generations to come.
