The 7 story building includes 141 market-rate housing units (including 4 townhouses) and over 4,300 square feet of retail space.

Built on peat soil, the building has an auger cast pile and grade beam matrix foundation system with suspended underslab utilities. For sustainability, the building includes a photovoltaic array on the roof and was built to the Built Smart standard.

The building is 2 stories of wood framing located adjacent to busy 23rd Avenue on First Hill in Seattle.
