Crystal Northwest TI

This project created 18,500 square feet of new office space in an existing Class A office building in Bellevue.

The standout features of this project are in the unique finishes. We installed “mushroom wood” reclaimed planks on accent walls throughout the entry and reception areas as well as on the reception desk itself. These wood planks show great character after having been distressed from their previous use on mushroom farms. Prior to installation, the planks were cleaned by wire brush and kiln fired. We also applied a black polish on the existing concrete floors for a distinctly modern look in the common areas of the office. New spaces include office entry, reception area, 3 conference rooms (named for different beers), kitchen, and hub area with cutting edge audio and video for intracompany communication and collaboration. Our scope included new walls, flooring, electrical, and low voltage.
