This 5 story building includes 103 affordable housing units, a private gated courtyard, and multiple community spaces.

“We are so grateful we had this team on this project. Starting and performing a project of this scale during a global pandemic was challenging (understatement) – video OAC’s, navigating mask wearing and protocols, delays in receiving materials, etc… but we pulled it off! And we could not have done it without this team.”

The building includes a photovoltaic array on the roof and was built to the Evergreen Sustainable Development standard.

The project also included a sophisticated stormwater management system with a 230,000 gallon detention vault and lift station under the parking lot.
