Exterior remodeling of the South, partial East, and partial West (40% of building) elevations of an occupied 5 story affordable housing building. Services included:

  • Exterior EIFS cladding demolition
  • Mold remediation
  • Structural repairs due to rot and mold
  • New “Rain Screen” stucco cladding system
  • Re-framed window opening with new vinyl windows
  • Remodeled cornice and parapet
  • New interior window wood millwork trim
  • Interior drywall and painting at windows and rot repair areas
  • New window blinds or re-size existing
  • Removed planters & installed new planters, water-proofing, and pavers
  • Removed children’s play area and pavers installed
