AMLI Mark24 Apartments

The Mark24 mixed-use building consists of 304 new market-rate apartment units and 12,000 square feet of ground level retail.

The building is 5 stories of wood framing over a 1 story concrete podium with 2 levels of underground parking.

The roof features a 3,500 square foot sky deck with a sunroom with kitchen & fireplace and outdoor entertainment facilities with green roof, two barbeques, and a fire pit. Other amenities include a fitness room; business center with conference room; clubroom with kitchen, largescreen entertainment center, and outdoor patio; and seating area with a grand fireplace in the lobby.

Apartment units include nine foot ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank wood flooring, washers and dryers, high-end lighting fixtures, and solar shades.

The building also includes bicycle storage and maintenance room, kayak storage, off-leach area with paw wash, recycling centers, and electric vehicle charging stations.

Sustainable features include healthy building materials, fresh air ventilation, low water use fixtures, energy efficient lighting and appliances, and the building earned LEED Silver certification.

Construction solutions included an extensive dewatering system that kept the project going immediately after heavy rains, internally braced soldier pile shoring system around the gas station to avoid the potential of drilling into contaminated soils, and dividing the project into 2 phases to allow early lease up of residential units.
