SMR Architects Office

In 2016 SMR Architects moved their office to the 4th floor of the historic Union Trust Building in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle.

SMR selected Rafn to build the tenant improvement project for them.

Our scope of work included new carpet, paint, and installation of owner-supplied cabinets that were moved from SMR’s previous office location. We also renovated the office’s kitchen and administration areas, as well as converted an old janitor’s closet into a new shower space.

Rafn self-performed much of the work including demolition, aluminum gazing changes in the administration area, desk set up, door installation, and cabinet moving.
